1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jun365 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jun365.net (the "Platform"). By registering an account with jun365, logging in to the Platform, or otherwise using any part of the jun365 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jun365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a jun365 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of games and services on the jun365 Platform, you are required to create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any of your details change, you must update your account promptly. jun365 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jun365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jun365 will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify jun365 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. jun365 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account Currency: jun365 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

jun365 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide such documentation as jun365 may reasonably request for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, and source of funds verification. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name)

jun365 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and, where applicable, the return of deposits to the original payment method.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jun365 Platform are subject to the following conditions:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on jun365 is ₱50. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. jun365 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking hours and procedures.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods registered in your own name.
• jun365 does not accept payments from or make payments to third-party accounts.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at jun365's discretion.
• jun365 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawal requests.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jun365 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be available to players in certain jurisdictions.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• jun365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jun365 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game on jun365, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All casino games on the jun365 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to continuous monitoring.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, the outcome of the affected round may be void. jun365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues fairly.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the jun365 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jun365
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jun365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of jun365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jun365 Platform without the prior written consent of jun365. Unauthorised use of jun365 intellectual property may result in legal action.

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers

The jun365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jun365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

jun365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider
• At your own request, including for responsible gaming purposes

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to jun365.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jun365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jun365 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
